A: In-stock items ship within 2–14 business days. Pre-order items will ship once available (see estimated dates on product pages).

A: Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on customs clearance and local courier handling.

A: Yes. Orders over USD $200 qualify for free standard shipping within eligible regions.
Q: Will I need to pay customs or duties?
A: International orders may be subject to customs clearance. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Q: Can I return my bedding set?
A: Yes, eligible bedding sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

In original packaging (fabric bag, box, labels)

Still sealed (for hygiene reasons, opened bedding cannot be returned)
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: Opened/used bedding, Final Sale items, and customized or personalized sets are non-returnable.
Q: What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
